Register for Public Charging
To use the public charge point network you need an ESB charge point access card. To apply for a charge point access card, please provide proof of purchase (e.g. vehicle registration document), a copy of the Vehicle Licensing Certificate (log book) stating you as the owner of the vehicle, and a utility bill (not older than three months). We will then send you an ESB charge point access card, which enables use of the network of 1,200 public charge points in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. To view the location and availability of charge points, please check our live charge point map which can be found here.
Please forward the required supporting documents to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your Car Registration number.

The Government has announced a new grant of €600 towards the installation of a home charger unit from 1 January 2018. The grant will be administered by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). Details of the new grant scheme can be found at: https://www.seai.ie/grants/electric-vehicle-grants/electric-vehicle-home-charger-grant/
